If you are looking for a truck, Steve is your man!!!!  He took extra time to try to find us what we were looking for, even tho there was no cut or any reward from sale for him, since all those trucks were located at other dealerships.  Well, those were still not what we needed.  So we had no choice but to order a new one from Ford.  Have to tell you that Steve did an amazing job walking through all those steps with us to help us order our truck with the options we wanted.  It felt from the first moment we talked to Steve, like we have known him for a few years already.   Definitely he is now our guy regarding any extra truck purchases. If you are like me, and hate going to a dealer because pushy sales people, look no further, get in touch with Steve, he will treat you right with no pressure at all.

We ordered a 2022 F-450 King Ranch in Sept 2021, and made plans to use it by its estimated delivery date in the Spring. The delivery dates kept slipping, and as we tried to accommodate the changes in plans, we were on the phone to our sales guy, Steve Hunsaker, several times a week. He did everything he could to locate truck, update delivery dates and returned our calls, even while on vacation. Oh, and juggling 300 other customers with the same demands! By the way, the delay was due to the chip that no one could get their hands on, but fortunately the supply chain issue eventually settled down - the delay was certainly not on Ford. We finally received the truck (the slipped dates didn't impact too many plans) - the truck is beautiful, and he spent an hour going over all the features with us, since it's just slightly less cutting-edge than a fighter jet cockpit. After sales, we found that my son and I were the registered owners, a shock to my husband that actually bought it. Son appreciated the limited-time ownership while Steve quietly worked with the state Department of Licensing to get that fixed. Bowen-Scarff, Steve is a brilliant representative of your commercial truck sales unit - enormously helpful, and we'd strongly recommend him to anyone based on our experience.
